SOME OF YOUR QUESTIONS...

Internal Family Systems is an evidence-based psychotherapy and healing model. Scores of individuals from all corners of the world have worked with IFS across several decades and experienced how powerfully transformative it can be. We believe that just as our bodies are designed to heal physical wounds we can also heal emotionally; your burdens or wounds are not a life sentence. You can heal, grow and enjoy more peace in your life, internally and with others.

WHAT'S THE FINANCIAL COST?

Some individuals begin to feel deep effects from their very first session, but often parts which are being heard compassionately for the first time might need a lot of space to feel safe and begin to heal. I encourage clients to commit to at least six weekly sessions - that initial commitment is often adequate to form a general picture of the main parts within your internal world, to begin to build trusting relationships with them and to understand their needs, their concerns and their desires.

WHAT DO I NEED?

DOES IFS ACTUALLY WORK?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The length and frequency of the work we do together will be led and decided by you and your parts.

My full fee is £60 per hour and I offer a sliding scale down to £45 per hour, so you pay what you can afford. Sessions can be one hour or 90 minutes long, on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
I offer a 20-30 minute video or audio call with you, free of charge, to meet you, address any questions you may have and see if we're a good fit to work together.

At the moment I'm only offering individual sessions online through Zoom. You'll need to download the software and familiarise yourself with it, make sure that you're in a safe, comfortable and private space with very good internet connection and no interruptions if possible, preferably on the biggest screen you have (computer or maybe ipad, but not phone if you can). I also invite you to schedule 30-60 minutes of free time after the session to integrate, land, take notes or simply rest.
